Preferred Commercial Capital, LLC consists of a team of bankers, with extensive experience with underwriting, originating and servicing commercial and commercial real estate loans. This includes lenders and underwriters who have significant experience within federally regulated banks as well as private market experience originating, underwriting, closing and portfolio management of commercial real estate loans nationwide.
Loan Trinh, a native Houstonian, learned a strong work ethic at an early age. Her banking career consisted of working for Amegy Bank for 11 years in Private Wealth Management. Prior to Amegy she also worked for JP Morgan Chase Bank and Comerica Bank in Small Business Lending. In addition, she was a graduate of a competitive formal credit underwriting program. Her most recent role in Banking was Vice President and Private Banking Team Leader. Her role consisted of delivering Private Wealth Services and managing a portfolio in excess of $200 million dollars in loans and deposits. She’s passionate about business development, networking, and community involvement.
Loan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in accounting. She is currently licensed in real estate in Texas and Florida. She was an active member of the Houston community; She volunteered at non-profit organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, Junior Achievement, and Kipp Schools. She was a member of Commercial Real Estate Women in Houston and Asian Chamber of Commerce. She was the Chairwoman for the annual auction fundraiser at Cornerstone Academy and Co-Chair for CREW Golf Tourney fundraiser. Loan currently resides in Naples, Florida.
Tim Hendricks is a native to Orlando, FL and is a results-oriented, competitive, professional with over twenty-one years of experience working in the banking industry. He values relationships and enjoys connecting people and helping them reach their desired outcomes.
During his tenure in banking he developed expertise in loan production, portfolio management, credit analysis, underwriting, and problem loan management for permanent loans and credit line facilities secured by all types of commercial real estate such as owner-occupied, income properties, development and construction projects at banks of all sizes. At two separate banks, he closed the single largest loans in each of the two bank’s history. He also served as a voting member of Officer’s Loan Committee.
During the recession, he helped the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation with failed bank resolutions across the U.S. as a Lead Asset Manager with one of their approved Resolution Assistance Contractors.
Hendricks is committed to his Central Florida community and has served as a board member of several local non-profit organizations including the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, The Sharing Center, and The Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce. He and his family live in Seminole County, FL.
